ph794's aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph794 account in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation.
